By registering into the Clarks customer database through our Loyalty Club or website, you will have access to services and benefits reserved for our registered members. You can also manage your online account profile, book appointments, participate in other services, and pick up products at our stores. In addition, you can send requests or contact our Customer Care Team or Privacy Team to confirm your identity as a registered member. We provide and deliver products and services requested and respond to all your requests to manage your relationship with us. Please note that any data collected about your activities, including purchases, will remain linked to your account for convenience. You may use social media or other third-party platforms to log in to your account. If you choose this option, we may receive additional information from your public profile, such as your name, gender, and approximate age. Purchase and order Information: billing address, shipping address, together with purchase details (products, colour size, quantity, price), returns, Methods or payments/or any communications we have received about order or purchase. You can use our website to place orders for remote sales. We will handle all management activities related to your order, such as administrative management of the contract, delivery of goods, payment processing, invoicing, management of any claims and litigation, and fraud prevention. Health and Safety: Our CCTV systems are primarily used to enhance security by monitoring access to our premises and ensuring the well-being of everyone on site. The footage can also assist in incident investigations, if required. The CCTV systems may capture visual data, which might include images of individuals visiting our premises. Only authorised personnel within Clarks have access to this footage, and it is solely for security, health, and safety purposes.

Health and Safety = Retention Period of CCTV is 30 days. In specific circumstances, where there is a legal obligation, such as a request from a legal authority or the police, we may retain the footage beyond the 30-day period. This will only be done to comply with legal requirements or to assist in legal investigations.

The more we know about you, the more we can personalise your shopping experience and tailor our specific products and promotions to meet your interests.

Product Purchases
